Cancellation Policy

• 1. A guaranteed reservation can be cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival (Check In – 14:00 hrs.) for a free cancellation.
• 2. In case of a late cancellation one night room charges will be charged.
• 3. In case the reservation is not cancelled and guest does not arrive to the hotel shall be levied with 100% retention charges.
• 4. A guaranteed group reservation (More than 5 rooms) can be released 45days prior to arrival (Check In – 14:00 hrs.) for a free cancellation. (Group Booking)
• 5. In case of a late cancellation between 30 days - 45 days shall be levied with 25% charges of total amount. (Group Booking)
• 6. Less than 30days 100% charges will levy of total booking. (Group Booking)
• 7. The hotel holds the right for releasing any non-guaranteed reservation.
